About UsThank you for doing business with us. We enjoy what we do and it shows! Our huge expansion with the Outdoor Sports Business started in the aftermath of the floods from Hurricane Floyd. We operated the collectible business on a small scale, with Import Auto Parts being our main business. Our warehouse had eleven feet of water stand in it for almost two weeks. With our main business down (our house 22 miles away also was flooded with 8 feet of water) we cranked up our part time business! We used our overseas connections to quickly breathe life into our military collectible business. It is amazing how many of the present day Eastern European auto parts makers also are or have been in the military manufacturing business. We have poured tremendous resources, time and energy into bringing you some of the neatest outdoors shooting products around. We offer surplus as well as newly produced products for the shooting enthusiast. My wife Barbara and I are very glad you found our web site, poke around and most of all, have fun. We sure are!
Privacy and SecurityNo information is shared, sold or loaned from our company. This includes names, addresses, and phone Numbers and email addresses. All credit card information is transferred over a SSL secure server For you safety. We take Security very seriously as well as customer information.
Return PolicyDoing business with us is very easy. We are very prompt shippers, we keep a very good inventory on hand and we treat customers the way we would want to be treated. With that in mind there have to be some rules, and here they are. We are human, if a mistake is made in a shipment we will do what is necessary to resolve the issue. Since we do not manufacture the items we sell, we will repair or replace any defective item. It is our and the manufacturers decision whether to repair or replace any defective item. You are responsible for the shipping charges to send the item back to us.
Surplus or Used ItemsPlease be reasonable, most of the Surplus or Used items we sell are Fifty years old or older military surplus. The items have seen a lot in their days, that is what makes collecting such a rewarding hobby. While we will describe our merchandise as best as we can, understand what you are buying and do not have unrealistic expectations. Surplus or Used items can be returned for a period of 30 Days from the date of the invoice. Item must be just as received with no modifications or alterations in original packaging with all papers and accessories included. Items returned missing parts, disassembled or altered, will be returned to the customer and there will be no refund privileges. All non Defective returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
New Item ReturnNew returns are accepted as long as the merchandise is new as sent, unused with all original boxes, Accessories and paperwork. Any new item sent back that has been opened or used will not be entitled to a refund, item will be sent back to customer or a store credit will be issued to the customers account, this will be our decision. We do not mind legitimate returns. You ordered the wrong item by mistake, or you changed your mind. Keep in mind for an item to be a new return, it must be new as sent to you in a condition that we can resell the item as new! All sales are final after 30 Days of Invoice date. All non Defective returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Defective ReturnDefective items will be replaced, repaired or exchanged. There will be no refunds on defective items. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization number supplied by us. Some defective items may have to be returned to the manufactured for repair or replacement. Some items may have a extended warranty period from the manufacturer, we warranty all our items for 30 days from the date of invoice. Call us and we will help you with any defective merchandise problems. You will be responsible for shipping back to us or the manufacturer and in some cases may be Responsible for shipping back to you. We do not refund shipping under any circumstances. We do not under any circumstances accept any COD returns to us.
Refused ShipmentRefused Shipment - If delivery is refused a refund, minus the shipping fees incurred to ship to the buyer and all return shipping charges, will be issued after it is safely returned complete and unopened as originally shipped. A opened package which comes back as refused by customer will also incur a 20% labor and handling charge to check merchandise for completeness, damage by customer and condition.
FFL MerchandiseAll firearm transactions will be handled in accordance with all ATF laws and regulations. We only ship firearms to FFL holders, either Dealer FFL's or C&R holders if the item is A C&R eligible firearm. If you buy a firearm from us that cannot be transferred to you for any reason by a transfer dealer, you will be responsible for all shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee will be accessed to your refund.
International ShipmentsDue to individual countries laws and regulations it is impossible to know each countries laws on the items you purchase from us. Because of this we do not ship outside of the US. We do ship to APO addresses with US Zip Codes. Thank you for your understanding in this matter. Any items sold by us and transported outside the US will not be accepted for return or any warranty. Simply put, if you transport or ship any of our products outside the United States, all returns or any warranty rights are void and will not be accepted. Sales amd product support apply to the US and US zip code APO's only!
Parts Sets InformationParts Kits are subject to the following disclaimer :
Parts sold as replacement parts for existing firearms or to build a non firing replica. The barrels in this set may not be used to assemble new firearms that would be prohibited from importation Pursuant to 18 U.S.C. 925 (d)(3). Check all Federal, State and local laws before attempting to build a firearm from any parts kit. We sell parts kits as replacement parts only! Your ordering a parts set from us is your acceptance that you understand the laws as they pertain to replacement parts sets. Contact the ATF if you have any questions about parts sets and what are allowed uses.
Product PicturesAll pictures on our web site are representive of the products we are selling. However, the pictures are not of the exact item your are buying unless this is noted. The product you recieve will fit, work and function as pictured. Manufacturers are constantly improving product, and the visual appearance or style may differ from the picture.
Customer ResponsibilityIt is your responsibility to be sure any item you may purchase from us is legal to buy and own in your area. While we will try to make sure it is legal for you to own an item in your area, we cannot know the laws of every county, town, etc. This is your responsibility. Safety is everyone's responsibility. Handle all firearms as if they are loaded at all times! We will not be responsible for any accidents from either the use or misuse of any of the products we sell, no exceptions.
American Express Signature RequirementAmerican Express requires any package sent to a AMEX customer be shipped with a required signature. You will be charged an additional fee for this service which is currently $3.00.
Sales Terms and DisclaimerWe reserve the right to refuse to sell any item to anyone for any reason. We reserve the right to cancel any order. Our only responsibility will be the return of funds paid on an order we cancel. It is our right to correct any errors that may occur in the course of constantly changing and upgrading of our web site or catalog. We will not be held responsible for typographical or pricing errors.
Prices are subject to change at any time due to the availability and type of merchandise we handle. If this occurs from the time an order is placed before it is shipped, customers have the option of having the order canceled. Customers will be notified and have the option of canceling the order, and any funds (check, money order etc) will be returned. NO SALE IS FINAL UNTIL WE SHIP THE ORDER FROM OUR WAREHOUSE. This can arise when orders are held for payment by check or money order and the inventory is depleted before funds arrive or checks have time to clear.
A Word About Credit Card V (Verification) Numbers
Credit card companies are going to the verification number requirement on mail order and e commerce transactions. This is a security feature which we must all get used to. On the rear of your card are a series of numbers on or near the signature strip. Most credit cards have a set of four numbers, a space, then a set of three numbers (your verification number). Debit cards seem to have a series of several numbers then the space, then three numbers. The group of three numbers in either case are your "V" Verification number required during your shopping cart checkout. If your number is worn off or cannot be read call your credit card provider and get the number from them. This is something we will all have to deal with and its use is required on all non swiped transactions.
